Fantastic location and hospitality

The hosts are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The place is authentic and really cozy, we enjoyed our stay very much :) Thank you!

For people with a car it is better to have an accommodation out side of the old city, driving in the old city is impossible. The apartment was a little to small for 4 people.

I loved the personal, thoughtful touches around the decor. Intimate. Nice lighting and art. Comfortable beds. Carlos was warm, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. He took the time to put together an informative tourist info book. He was flexible with our arrival times. It was quiet for sleeping once restaurant closed down below. He even had several wine selections to purchase if you forgot to bring some.

Our host went above and beyond picking up luggage for us in Santa Cruz and transporting it for us. The location is fantastic and very central.

A wonderful apartment and host, has all the amenities and is located in the very top center of Sintra. Our host welcomed us and explained everything in detail, he was very nice and communication with him was nice and easy. The apartment is very cute, beautifully furnished, and directly opposite it, 1 meter away, is the door to a wonderful restaurant. We had a rental car and had no problem with parking, for a fee Carlos provides a parking pass in the center very convenient. Would recommend to everyone and would visit again.

Our only recommendations are to change the waterproof mattress protector because it makes an unpleasant noise every time you sleep in nylon, and to consider curtains or blinds on the windows, since they look directly opposite those of the restaurant and the house next door.
