Very tired and dated. Door handle came off in my hand, hung towel on towel rail and it fell off wall. Towels and bedding have seen better days. Needs a really thorough clean 😩 Good job only short stay, yes it was cheap but you expect at the very least to be clean.

O apartamento é espaçoso e perto da praia.

São as únicas coisas positivas que posso dizer. O apartamento estava sujo, impossível ter sido limpo. Areia por todo o chão, uma bola de cabelo de baixo da cama (cabelo acumulado) e pó por não ser limpo há muito tempo. Quarto de banho sujo, à volta da sanita e o vidro do chuveiro. Os lençóis tinham manchas amarelas e o protector dos colchões das camas de solteiro tinham cabelos, óbvio que não foram lavados desde os últimos hóspedes. A pedra entre o lava loiça e fogão, estava cheio de gordura, sujo. Muito difícil encontrar park de estacionamento.

Do quartos com varandas com respetivas televisões. Do ar condicionado.

A cozinha não estava limpa.

In addition, the host has an unprecedented care for the guest, excellent contact and trouble-free service. Excellent location.

The bathroom unfortunately lowered the rating - it definitely needs renovation. The kitchen is overloaded with unnecessary equipment, requires total airing and cleaning. I couldn't find any more minuses

Great location close to bars, restaurants, beach & bus station. Clean. Nice layout with two bedrooms, sitting area and kitchen with appliances including oven, stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toster & fridge. Two balconies. Owners excellent to deal with for property access and in booking us a return shuttle from the airport.

The property itself is a bit tired and could do with some TLC. Particularly hard to open balcony doors which also don't lock. The shower head height adjuster is broken and held together with a plastic bag. Mould on some shower tiles. Single beds are noisy & uncomfortable. Non-stick pans in kitchen badly gouged and need replacing. Constantly barking dogs on balconies #2 & #4. There were also renovations close by using a jackhammer for a few days which made staying inside unbearable between 0800-1600.

The furniture was terrible, the vacuum didn’t work. The hallway was black. They didn’t leave out any information on the washer micro and stove I had to search for it. The view from our balcony was of another building that was very poor with torn curtains. Also the dog below barked all the time We found dog pee in the elavators..
