It has a kitchen built for someone who loves cooking Really near the beach There’s a lift (except for the first 10 steps) Easy to park outside Quiet place The agent managing the flat is very nice and on top of the case for any request or emergency

It is an old person’s flat that was put on the short let market without giving it even a refresh. At the very least they should have put in a new couch, something comfy where I’d not be worried (or disgusted) to sit, and have some bedsheets that would fit the beds Beware, the pics were taken very skilfully and won’t show the dreadful entrance, the converted shower or the worn out bedroom furniture Also a warning that the bathroom doesn’t have a real vent, just a hole into some sort duct where sewage smell flows out every morning

The location is great, close to the beach, in the nice part of Quarteira. The supermarket and a pharmacy are a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Communication with the owner went well. He provided detailed info for checking in/out. The apartment is rather spacious, and has two terraces.

The furniture is a bit old, but functional nevertheless. The Internet is not great, and it keeps losing signal when connected from the bedroom. We did see small cockroaches passing by on the floor, from time to time.

The best thing about this apartments is that is has windows on both the north and the south sides, so it was possible to make some air draft and it wasn't too warm during the night (enough to be able to get asleep). The apartment was nice and clean, and the host had given clear instructions on how to get in there.

The shower rack in the bathroom was broken - it was impossible to fix the showerhead on it. The shower hose was in a bad condition. Would have given 10/10, but due to this it's only 9/10. A minor thing - the WiFi didn't work well in the bedroom, as the router was in the kitchen.

the appartment is in a good location close to beach and food facilities. It is not difficult to get there and the neighborhood is relatively safe. I said relative as i saw in a couple of ocassions homeless, drunk people and even an ugly family fight.

The appartment is in an old status and many furniture items are very used, rusty and damaged. The bathroom is rusty, smells bad, some old exhausted aromatisers and I had to purchase cleaning supplyies, the kitchen had only superficial cleaning and missing basic cleaning stuff, furniture in bedrooms is old and some years ago had some paint. A strange thing there is the fact that the elevator had no inner door and personally I find this worring especially when travelling with kids. I never encountered such solution anywhere.
