Quarteira Beach Holidays

Fantastic location, about a one minute walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. The apartment has all the facilities you could need and is comfortable. Communication was great and there was quick response to queries. Would recommend.

Self catering, good location, communication with host excellent. Plenty of crockery although very mismatched. Kitchen , dining area and lounge quite cramped for 4 people, although the 2 bedrooms were very large.

A few essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc. for visitors coming by plane would be useful. These items cannot not be brought due to weight restrictions and for a weeks stay, buying a small quantity is almost impossible. The hoover was full and smelly. Better cleaning materials would be an asset.

Location is excellent, one block from the beach and in the heart of Quarteira. Easy check-in and out by social media app, PIN code entry and key-safe.

Peak season, on street car parking is over crowded. This means waiting ages for a space or parking well away from the apartment. Living space is small and tired. There’s too much furniture. It feels cramped and old. The apartment would benefit from modernisation and some love. The smell of sewage in the hall area is unpleasant. This means all external doors must stay open to get rid of the smell. Wi-Fi is weak. It works in the kitchen and living area only. Don’t expect sea views. Front and rear balconies overlook car parking.
