Het appartement zag er redelijk goed uit en de keuken was redelijk goed uitgerust.

“With Lift & AC in Top Notch Location.” Hiervan bleek helaas slechts een van de drie op waarheid gebaseerd, namelijk de lift. De andere twee waren correct, doch slechts een deel van de waarheid. Ten aanzien van de locatie: deze bevindt zich (met de metro of de tram) redelijk dichtbij het centrum, maar midden in de Indiase buurt. In de straat bevonden zich 24 uur per dag vrijwel uitsluitend heel veel mannen. Onze Indiase taxichauffeur noemde het “een heel slechte buurt”. Hoewel wij ons niet onveilig hebben gevoeld, moet u ervan houden. Ook kunnen de ramen niet open door het lawaai van alle airconditioners en de luchten van kerrie en kurkuma. U mag dus luisteren naar het geluid van andere airconditioners, maar die in het appartement werken niet. Op het moment dat u hierover iets zegt, komt er een heel scala aan smoesjes. Het begint door te zeggen dat ze gewoon werken, dan of u kunt proberen te resetten, dan dat er een monteur wordt geregeld en dan tot slot dat deze helaas pas beschikbaar was op het moment dat u uitcheckt, tot op het uur (11 uur ‘s ochtends) nauwkeurig. Bovendien stelt men dan ook dat er nooit eerder iemand over geklaagd had; gelooft u dat, zo midden in de zomer? Kortom: het interesseert ons helemaal niets, we wisten dat de airco’s niet werkten en u crepeert maar lekker in de hitte! Hartelijk dank, WHome! De bank was overigens ook niet prettig om op te zitten. Voordat u erheen gaat: houd u vooral even rekening met het feit dat u twee uur van tevoren te horen krijgt dat u een borg van €250 per creditcard over moet maken voordat u naar binnen wordt gelaten! De sleutel van de buitendeur werkt verder niet, dus u moet altijd via de code naar binnen. Onthoud deze dus goed!

Rien. je n'ai pas pu rester dans l'appartement, il n'y avait pas de lit pour mon bébé de 20 mois et il n'était pas possible de le faire dormir dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire a refusé de trouver une solution.

Les échanges avec la propriétaire et le manque de solutions. Un lit devait être présent pour mon bébé. Il n'y avait rien. J'avais demandé des draps pour le sofa bed en précisant que mon amie dormirait dessus.... Pas de draps. J'avais fait ces demandes quelques jours avant notre venue donc je ne sais pas comment la propriétaire a pu oublier notre échange et ne fournir ni lit ni drap. Lorsque j'ai contacté la propriétaire, elle a osé dire que le lit n'avait pas été confirmé ( confirmation dans les messages il y a 4 mois et reconfirmer il y a quelques jours...). Elle nous a bien gâché les vacances.

El aire acondicionado dio algunos problemas al principio, la vitro no funciona muy bien, algunos instrumentos de cocina estaban sucios. Por las ventanas de la cocina entra muy mal olor, hay animales viviendo en malas condiciones y con mucha basura alrededor. Lo peor es la calle (y zona) en la que se encuentra el edificio. Hay mucha presencia de hombres adultos reunidos, lo que nos hizo sentir incomodas e inseguras, especialmente de noche. Durante nuestra estancia también habia presencia constante de personas consumiendo sustancias en la calle, la cual está muy sucia. Por estos motivos no recomendamos el apartamento, sobre todo a mujeres.

The appartment was great! Dont worry about reviews saying its dangerous street - everybody on the street was minding their own business and everything was ok. We comkunicated well with the owners and enjoyed our stay.

Neighbourhood,very dirty and noisy. Miscommunication about the check in ,when I booked ,I wasn’t aware a deposit is needed.the previous e mail saying that a person will meet and get us into the property,then 2 days before out trip we found out about a deposit,I would say quite substantial.The owner needs to make this known when you’re booking the property. Coffee machine not working,when we tried it spilled water everywhere.

The apartment itself is clean and spacious.

The neighborhood may feel a bit unfamiliar or uncomfortable to some guests, particularly during the evenings, due to the presence of certain individuals in the area. While this did not affect our stay in the apartment itself, future guests may want to keep this in mind when planning their activities.

Loacation is good, appartment was clean

It was really cold, there were two air conditioners, but they were broken. Only after two days we got some radiator, but for two days it wasn’t really pleasant.

Central location, close to everything. Apartment is arranged nicely with everything you need.

There are air-conditioners for heating, but both were moldy and the hole place smelled mold, when turned on. In general it was very humid so it could be problematic for longer winter stay. The apartment is located in a bit dodgy area. Few neighbouring buildings were in a bad state.
