Before arriving, communication was very good and they even coordinated airport pick-up. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the keyless entry made getting into the flat very seamless, except...

...as two women, we did not feel comfortable with the location. There were hoardes of men loitering around at all hours of the day and night & the streets were littered with mounds of trash, so much so that even physically getting out of a car was difficult. It was unnerving, knowing I would have to turn my back to the street in order to enter the entry code to the door. The flat is nearby a tram, however, we would have liked to walk around the neighborhood and didn't feel comfortable doing so. As soon as we arrived we let the property know about this and asked if they had another property in a different location they could move us to. They did not and when we inquired about checking out early, they refused to let us do so. We were forced to simply abandon the location, move to another accommodation, paying full price for the original stay.

The house entrance is clean and bright with a wooden floor. Clean and new elevator. 5. windows with great noise isolation. 6. Easy self-checking and checkout 7. Host allowed to stay +1.5 hours more during checkout 8. Host provided a discount to store your luggage in a city. 9. Nice cozy interior of the apartment. 10. Big hot water boiler. More than enough for 2-3 persons.

1. You live in Bangladesh district. 2. Windows are not possible to open -> very noisy 3. The coffee machine is the cheapest one -> the water container is leaking. Be careful. 4. The most important is the cleaness of the bed. I'm traveling 6-7 times per year in a new city each time, and it happened to me for the first time. After 3rd night my body was covered by red spots. The dermatologist said that it was because of a dirty blanket and/or mattress and high humidity, even if bed sheets were cleaned, which is why I got red spots only on 3rd day. So, the dermatologist prescribed ointment and pills. After 1 week spots are still on my body.

The apartment itself was nice. It was very quiet with a comfortable bed and it had basic kitchen supplies, coffee machine, pots & pans, etc. The hosts were easy to get in touch with & responsive with questions before our arrival.

The location was not great. The street it is on is very dirty, with big vans parked alongside, making it difficult to walk on. It is close to a "park" filled with homeless people and it felt weird walking around there at night. For this, I would not stay here again and would opt for a place in a more desirable location. Also, you were asked for a $250 deposit the night before checking in and would not be allowed the access code until you provided a credit card. It would have been helpful to know that upon booking.

The set-up was very good and homely

The suite was modern and nice. An easy walk to many sites.

The street location is not friendly, nor clean. It is over run by people loitering on both sides of this narrow street which also has cars parked on both sides encroaching on the side walks. Very congested, especially walking in the evenings. Regarding the access, the instructions were vague and we spent hours on the phone prior to getting the door code. It would be more convenient to be able to pay the city fee on-line before leaving home. We had to speak/email/text too many people while sitting at very friendly street cafe, a block away.
