The apartment was a short walk from the town centre, metro line and local shops. We were travelling with an infant, so access to a washing machine, microwave and an oven was great!

I'd be a little wary of staying here as a solo female traveller. The area at night time was very busy with groups of male locals, whilst friendly enough I was glad not to be on my own when walking home. The sofa bed was also broken so what should have been a double was actually a single.

Very clean apartment.

Location is very bad and wi-fi and remote of tv not working.

This accommodation is a big joke! I had to pay 250€ more before to arrive at apartment to receive the informations to get in. The owner was disrespectful and she wasn’t involved, actually she called me “racist”. The area is not safe, especially for women even not for men in the night. Is not clean at all , just seems to be . The street is very dirty and the window from living has a nice view behind some machines (boilers) which are very noisy. My advice is just to find a good place and a nice area because Lisbon is not so nice as in pictures.

Excellent clean property. Beautiful apartment. Within walking distance to the centre. Great sound proofing blocked any noise from outside.

The street it’s on is very busy and sometimes difficult to walk down to get back to the apartment. If you’re in a car it’s difficult to park but there is lots of different public transport on your doorstep.

The location was not as expected. The street was not clean. There were a lot of people( men only) loitering about. All in all, had I known about this, I would have looked at some other neighbourhood. Not a place to be rented for two women. They would not feel good walking here.

The apartment is very big, clever and comfortable. Everything is new in modern style. Very near the centre.

The location is in an expat neighbourhood - very dirty and noisy in the evening and this is not apparent from the photos. The owner and booking team despite requests to provide us with a new access code to the building because it was changed midway through our stay, they didn't do that. We had to wait for the last two days at the door for hours for a neighbour to open it for us.

Location is very good for exploring Lisbon, close to the centre/many attractions and public transport. Great places to eat/drink/shop available within 5min walk. Extremely comfortable with well equiped kitchen, spacious bedroom and living area. Bathroom is modern and spotless.

Could use better signage on internal doors as we went to the wrong door/lockbox first. Street outside can be very busy, can feel intimating walking back alone late at night as there are large groups of men standing about, however we quickly began to recognise familiar faces/business owners and felt at home within a few days.

Once inside the property, including the common entrance common areas and lift, it was good. It was clean and everything worked properly. Also, once inside the property it felt very separate from the outside which as the area was not good this was important. As as our visit was in February we needed the heating which was very good.

The area is not good and not 'top notch' as it is misleadingly described as. It seems to be a wholly Bangladeshi area with lots of males (there are no women) going about their business or just loitering in a sort of organized chaos kind of way. The road is often heavily congested with people and vehicles and even walking down the road can be challenging. I should add that whilst we never felt threatened I can understand that some people might feel intimidated or uncomfortable. We gave up walking to the closer Martin Martiz metro and instead went to the further away/less convenient Interdente metro as it was much easier to walk to. The property is also misleadingly described as having 'city views' which it does not. The hosts own website photos of the property show the view out of front and back windows to be windows on the opposite buildings. There are no city views! Out the back there is what appears to be a large commercial extractor fan setup which seems to run 24/7 and can easily be heard in the lounge with the windows shut. If sleeping in the lounge this would be a problem but otherwise it shouldn't be. Finally, on arrival we didn't have the info to enter the property and we had a very stressful hour sorting it so we could get the access code. This could have been handled a lot better.
