Modern Apartment Calçada São Francisco II

- Location: Right by a really cute breakfast place next door. Close to city centre. - Space: really generous space for a group stay. High ceilings created a nicer atmosphere. Really tasteful decor - Good amenities - Price: Stay was definitely worth every penny!

- Unlocking the door to get in was a little bit tricky at first

The location is great as close to many places recommended to visit. The owner was really helpful and responded very quickly to any questions or queries. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A modern feel as all painted white and tastefully decorated. Key pad entry is good so no worries about losing keys and everyone could come and go as they pleased.

The road is very busy and the tram 28 route passes by outside which shakes the building but most of our party could sleep through it. We would have liked heated towel rails as we visited in February so the apartment was quite cold with nowhere to dry our towels. A minor moan as the apartment is fabulous, lovely and spacious with very comfy beds.

The air conditioner was not efficient for the summer season. Did not offer at least one spot for parking.

Excellent location, the apartment was as described and seen in pictures. Andres was superb, communication was also excellent. Excellent facilities too!

The bathroom in the main room wouldn’t drain properly hence we couldn’t use this.
