Modern Apartment Calçada São Francisco II

Perfectly positioned apartment, close to all facilities, clean and spacious.

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment and location was perfect! Great communication from our host, easy access to the apartment. Located on the tram line, and amazing coffee shop downstairs for breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. Will be rebooking when we return to Lisbon.

Best location to access most part of the city and super friendly staff.

Central location, bright apartment with lots of space. Toiletries and other necessary items were provided. Would highly recommend.

There is noise from trams, but it wasn't an issue. We had a problem with the shower drain, but on contacting the owner, it was fixed that same day.

Only the location

The whole building is very mouldy. The host try to mask the smell with air freshener but the smell is overwhelming. I’ve got asthma and allergies to mold. The stay was horrible

Location was great! Great little cafe below the apartment. apartment was spacious. great to have a washer/dryer in the unit.

The day we were to check in we were told one of the two showers was not working and the dishwasher and garbage disposal was not working. There were 5 of us so this was very disappointing. The working shower had a major issue with water not draining. Within minutes of running the water, had to shut it off to let it drain for fear of it overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The kitchen sink also had issues and would not drain. The owner responded to my concerns but didn’t resolve anything. on our last day she said a plumber was coming, but he never arrived. it got so bad that my husband had to spend time unclogging the kitchen sink with a plunger and pulling clumps of hair from the shower drain so we could use it. we were extremely disappointed. The apartment also had a very musty smell to it, especially the bathroom with the broken shower. The other bathroom had visible black mold on the ceiling which I told the owner was a significant health concern. I would not stay here unless you are provided proof that these issues have been resolved. for us, they impacted our vacation.

the bathrooms - especially the non- master bathroom. the shower head shot water all over the bathroom getting everything wet and we could not get the water temperature to work properly.
