One of our co-hosts will contact the guests on the day before to arrange the check-in and will be at the apartment to welcome the guests at the time arranged. All guests should follow the instructions given by the co-host and contact up to 30 minutes before the arrival at the apartment. Check-in schedule: 15h-21h Check-out time: 11h NOTE: Check-ins out of this schedule are possible but will always be conditioned to the apartment availability. Late/Early Check-in schedule: 21h-00h - 25€ fee 00h-09h - 35€ fee (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival) Check-in fees for festive days: 24th and 31st December (from 18h) - 20€ 25th December and 1st January (all day) - 20€ (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "A brief stay in Lisbon"

Excellent location - close to good restaurants , main shopping area and metro . Very comfortable apartment with lots of room. Everything beautifully clean .

I would have preferred a lock box entry. It was stressful having to update arrival time as we had to change travel arrangements due to a train strike .If you struggle with stairs and have lots of luggage , you may find reaching the apartment difficult . No elevator . I would have appreciated hand soap and shower gel in the bathrooms and kitchen . For an apartment of this high calibre - a welcome carton of milk / water / tea / sugar sachets would really make guests feel welcome . I suggest you consider this for future guests .

Lovely spacious clean apartment Comfortable beds. 1.5 bathrooms. Modern windows easily opened. View of the Tagus. Excellent location near the Rossio. Reasonably priced.

Little things. Kitchen could use little things like paper towels, soap in bathroom soap dispensers. A few more rolls of toilet paper. Very minor stuff.

Central location . Communications good from owners/ hosts. Large modern apt with all facilities necessary . Good to get 2 bedroom apt

Up 4 flight stairs which was ok For us. Front access door not very inviting but not a problem as apt lovely.

Awesome location. Great spacious apartment.

No lift and 3 flights of stairs with luggage was not great. The apartment needs a little love - multiple small things not attended to added up for us a little - kettle broken And leaking when pouring, no water in the fridge for drinking upon arrival, toilet seat fell off, not enough toilet paper and had to buy some, etc

Fabulous location and a lovely building. Comfortable apartment with everything needed.

We liked it all - though the stairs were a bit of a challenge after a hard day’s sightseeing in hilly Lisbon
