One of our co-hosts will contact the guests on the day before to arrange the check-in and will be at the apartment to welcome the guests at the time arranged. All guests should follow the instructions given by the co-host and contact up to 30 minutes before the arrival at the apartment. Check-in schedule: 15h-21h Check-out time: 11h NOTE: Check-ins out of this schedule are possible but will always be conditioned to the apartment availability. Late/Early Check-in schedule: 21h-00h - 25€ fee 00h-09h - 35€ fee (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival) Check-in fees for festive days: 24th and 31st December (from 18h) - 20€ 25th December and 1st January (all day) - 20€ (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The heater was broken. The heaters in the bedrooms were working however. It wasn't possible to hang out in the living room/dining room in the morning because it was too cold.
