One of our co-hosts will contact the guests on the day before to arrange the check-in and will be at the apartment to welcome the guests at the time arranged. All guests should follow the instructions given by the co-host and contact up to 30 minutes before the arrival at the apartment. Check-in schedule: 15h-21h Check-out time: 11h NOTE: Check-ins out of this schedule are possible but will always be conditioned to the apartment availability. Late/Early Check-in schedule: 21h-00h - 25€ fee 00h-09h - 35€ fee (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival) Check-in fees for festive days: 24th and 31st December (from 18h) - 20€ 25th December and 1st January (all day) - 20€ (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. An older building that had been remodeled and had definite charm. Nice kitchen. Lots of Cafes and restaurants close by. Very well located to walk to most older Lisboa interresting sites

The description of the bathrooms was inaccurate. One bathroom was a half bathroom (no tub or shower) and the 2nd had a shower. Also, it was not clear that the apartment was a 3 floor walk up. The second bedroom had no closet, wardrobe or any place to put clothes.

great location, very spacious and modern, but set in a beautiful old building. no need for tours around the old town as everything is in walking distance. surrounded by good restaurants, and also great views

"Good location but lack of person on the property made for a very frustrating experience."

Location was very good.

There was no one available at the property and we had to wait an hour before someone arrived, despite keeping the host abreast of our train arrival time. We were also expecting a UPS package and with no one on site, there was no hope of getting the package without staying there ourselves. Air conditioning also was not working properly.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a good location.

The air conditioning was not working so the hosts had supplied a fan for the bedroom which unfortunately was very noisy and a portable unit which required the window to be open, which again was noisy because of building works opposite.

Large , spacious and extremely well appointed. Brilliant location. Very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.

Carrying cases to the top floor (that’s what you do to get a view)
