One of our co-hosts will contact the guests on the day before to arrange the check-in and will be at the apartment to welcome the guests at the time arranged. All guests should follow the instructions given by the co-host and contact up to 30 minutes before the arrival at the apartment. Check-in schedule: 15h-21h Check-out time: 11h NOTE: Check-ins out of this schedule are possible but will always be conditioned to the apartment availability. Late/Early Check-in schedule: 21h-00h - 25€ fee 00h-09h - 35€ fee (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival) Check-in fees for festive days: 24th and 31st December (from 18h) - 20€ 25th December and 1st January (all day) - 20€ (fee's to be paid in cash at arrival)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The property was clean and spacious with a fully equipped washer and kitchen.

The apartment is located on the top floor and does not have a lift to reach the top so it can be hard with suitcases.

We had an amazing and very comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The unit was very clean, comfortable and had aircons in every room.

We were located on the top floor and there are many stairs to reach the top level which made it difficult to lug 25kg suitcases up and down the stairs during check in and check out

"Beautiful apartment with an even better view"

The apartment is beautiful, wonderfully decorated and gorgeous views. Central to the nightlife, it made it easily accessible on our nights out. The Air Conditioning made it so that we had a comfortable sleep, the newly renovated kitchen was stunning.

The shower had low pressure, the older building meant we had no elevator and had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Great location but at times quite noisy as on a busy street and lots of building work opposite. Nicely furnished, spacious, great views.

Apartment required some basic maintenance but management were very helpful and attended to our requests quickly. The apartment is on the 5th floor and no lift - difficult when carrying up large suitcases. Second toilet had some plumbing issues with bad drainage smells.
