Location and easy access and complimentary luggage storage and a lift. It was very clean and tidy.

Kitchen supplies were minimal as we had anticipated cooking facilities would have had basic ingredients and implements. Very little cleaning supplies, and only 2 large coffee cups, for 4 people. Cupboard for clothes unable to be opened, needing maintenance. Shower screen also needs repair to close properly.

Location was awesome. Elevator to apartment was handy. Views wee awesome.

Lighting could have been better. Location of switches were awarkward. Lack of mirrors. Space in bathroom to put toiletries could have been better. Not enough regular size cups. Pillows could have been more comfortable.

Set up was great for two couples with two bathrooms and seperate ends of the apartment. Roomy apartment Centrally located Full kitchen if want to cook yourself sometimes Able to walk everywhere from here Would recommend as a good option to stay

Limited cups; not enough for 4 people so should be stocked for the number of guests. We were there five nights and was no change of linen; would have been nice to get towels and tea towel replaced after 3 days Was a dishwasher but no tablets so would have been good to have 2-3 in the cupboard to use it rather than handwashing everything otherwise Otherwise nothing was a problem.

The location was great, the price was good, and everything was clean. The check-in and check-out process was easy.

There should be extra pillows with clean pillowcases in each bedroom for the bed, as each person usually uses two bed pillows. It is also recommended to have kitchen condiments like salt and pepper at a minimum. I also reported that the entrance toilet lid was broken, and I was offered a prompt fix. My last suggestion is regarding the lights in the apartment. It would be helpful to have brighter lighting in certain areas for better visibility.
