FLH Chiado Elegant Apartment

Great location. Air con worked. Really well sound proofed when windows closed. Flat was smaller than pictures, but still a decent size and was nice and clean.

Poor communication regarding a few matters. This almost caused me to cancel the booking, but I am very glad I did not. This was mostly due to Feels Like Home sending out information (linked in an email) that is a combination of poorly worded / inaccurate / contradictory / out of date. When I tried to get clarifications, the problem seemed to be compounded by a language barrier and/or lack of staff knowledge regarding the apartment. I think FLH manage a lot of apartments across a few cities. Some examples of the confusion below. We didn't need to go to their office to get keys or pay the city tax; we didn't need to ring them before arrival; and the rep didn't meet us at the apartment. Instead, on the day of arrival, they sent me a pass code for access to the building and a separate code for the combination lock attached to the apartment door handle. The apartment keys are contained inside this combination lock. The city tax is to be left on the table when leaving for the cleaners to collect. The cleaners don't empty the bins and remove the rubbish; guests must do this. When I asked FLH where to bring the rubbish, they told me to use bins on the street corner. That didn't seem like a legit thing to do. However, when I asked the guy in the building reception, he informed me that there are dedicated bins behind a door a couple of doors up the street (no. 16). I hope this helps the next person. One minor point. The ceiling of one of the bathrooms has water damage. It looks like it is there a while. It doesn't cause an issue, but it is unsightly.

Beautiful apartment for 2 couples. Location was perfect ! We could walk everywhere.

The windows all around the apartment were amazing, the views were beautiful. The location was awesome, super close to Time out Market, other restaurants and the waterfront.

We arrived by plane in the morning and had to wait around til 3:00 to pick up the keys. The key pick up location wasn’t close to the accommodations, so one person had to stay with bags while another took an Uber to and from the pick up location. The beds were very firm, and the toilets were falling off the wall.

Everything was super but sometimes it’s nice to have a few essentials in the kitchen like coffee/tea etc. so you don’t have to buy everything from the supermarket on Day 1. Just a nice little touch that would improve the overall experience

The apartment is ok; it's big and clean. Very basic but comfy. The location is great and the balcony has a nice view.

No bottle of water, no soap or coffee for the morning. Noisy in the evening because of traffic.

this property was in a Great location close to all the best areas in Lisbon. it was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. even though in the city centre, it was very quiet when windows closed. efficient air con/heating would very much recommend

A couple cups and dishes were chipped and could have done with a shelf in the shower to stand your products on but those are just small things

The apartment was superb! Location exceeded our expectations.

The only thing was finding a grocery store to buy water, bread, tea and coffee around the area. It maybe an idea to let guests know the nearest store to get these basics. We did leave coffee and tea in the cupboard for next guests as we thought this would be beneficial for them.
