FLH Chiado Elegant Apartment

Great space for 3 person,2 separate bedroom,2 bathroom,living,air condition,kitchen. Very good location near public transport -trams,metro,bus.

Party in the apartment 4L in the first night. We stay on apartmemt 4 G to the same floor. The event finally close at 24.00 and after that was quiet. Happy birthday !

Clean, perfect location, good facilities and great communication with hosts. Had an issue with kettle not working and they came and replaced it the same day!

Location perfect for the centre of town. Spacious for a couple and adult son to have separate rooms with privacy and separate bathrooms. Clean. Light. Windows all around. Loved it.

Location was great! Windows blocked out the sound from the street really well. Place was clean and spacious for our stay. We locked our keys in the appartement and I appreciated the availability to access someone to borrow a second set of keys. They were open until 11 pm. Which was a lifesaver.

Lighting in the bathroom is terrible in both bathroom. Lack of mirrors in the condo. Because the lighting was so poor in bathroom, you could not put on makeup. The mattresses in the small room were very uncomfortable. I could feel springs. I am glad it was only 3 days, any longer I would have been miserable.

Easy check-in process Great location. Right by the historic 28 tram, 2 blocks to metro, 2 blocks from waterfront, and many stores, cafes/restaurants nearby Beautiful apartment, lots of space, many windows/balconies, full of amenities/utensils. We appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher Staff responds quickly

Lighting. It was fine in the kitchen and living room, but very inadequate in the bathrooms, bedrooms and front hallway While the staff communication was responsive, some of the requests took a while to get fixed.

The location provides a spectacular view of Porto; nearby is one of the best ‘lookouts’ that people come to before sunset to have a drink and take in the view.

Was not aware of the number of stairs to 2nd floor apartment and then another set of stairs to bathroom and bedrooms. Thought there were 2 bathrooms but in fact just one, with just an extra toilet at living room level. Tried to contact the office at 4pm on day of arrival because the instructions for how to access building were difficult to follow eg code provided included a # symbol - but no # on the keypad. Then, we were trying to push handle above to open once code did click - only to discover after multiple attempts that the ‘handle’ to be turned was not a door handle as such but the spindle on which the electronic lickpad was hanging. Just prior to this I had sustained an injury when our cab took off from train station before I was fully in the car - badly bruising my ankle. Hence our phone calls to all 3 numbers provided were because we needed to get inside quickly to get some ice onto my ankle. Not impreseed that no-one rang back after I left a message. No teabags, no washing up liquid for small items in sink, no tea-towel.
