Very central, next to a parc.

Nobody informed us that there is a construction of new house next to the apartment. Also there were people talking loudly in the middle of the night in the park keeping us wake up several times during our stay. The person welcoming us in the early morning was a bit harsh, but another person (Cesar) was very friendly. Be aware that there is a deposit of 300euro deducted to your card when checking in. 5euro were deducted for a drinking glass with a crack (I believe not caused by us). The nice checkout gift, chocolate pralines, turned out to be hard and white as those were 2 months out of date.

L'emplacement est très bien et belle prestation de l'appartement, il est très spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Le plus : la belle terrasse couverte. De plus, l'hôtel Madeira qui gère l'appartement a une réception 24h/24h , une bagagerie gratuite et un accès à une piscine et bar/restaurant en rooftop, ça s'est super.

Les travaux dans la rue ... Mais ce n' est pas de la faute de l'hôtel.
