The apartment looked chic, clean, all amenities needed are present and the host (Ricardo) is very accommodating and helpful during our stay there. We booked it on the day of our stay, he helped us a lot since we got a problem with our previous booking.

The Building itself looks old that needs repainting . There is no Lifts/ elevator especially when our apartment is on the 4th floor with so many luggages to carry.

The location of the apartment was great and very central. close to many popular areas and attractions. 5 minutes walking to the seaside. The apartment is as described and really well maintained. the communication was perfect with the hosts and they responded within minutes.

The property contacts were very friendly and helpful. Location of the apartment was perfect for easy access to sights, food, shopping, and transportation options. We were also very thankful to have A/C during our stay (Lisbon was having a heat wave).

There were only 2 forks, Mattresses were so-so. Also, having to find specialty coffee pods (Nespresso) was not ideal (coffee was good, though!). And maybe most importantly, the upstairs unit occupants were very loud. They walked, stomped, ran around, and moved furniture across the floor until after midnight, then started again early around 6am. It kept us from sleeping nearly every night.

Location is good

The apartment is very old and did not match the pictures shown when we booked. Carrying our suitcases up the 3x2 stairs was quite challenging. The bathroom is very worn, and the bed is uncomfortable. No air condition or ventialtion, not good air inside. Bedrooms are very tight, old and less light. and We paid a high price compared to other available apartments, but the condition was disappointing — old and not comfortable. It was not good value for money. The listing should have accurate and updated photos.
