Location

The staff did not disclose the lack of an elevator in the building. We had to climb very steep stairs with luggage. The property has no living room at all. Just bedrooms and a kitchen. The beds mattresses are not comfortable. Old, cheap, and gave me back pain. The water heater is very small. Hot water does not last even one full shower for a single person. They did not give us enough towels. After requesting extra, it took more than a day to get them.

Great location right downtown Baixa District. Super spacious living room and pretty confortable bed rooms. Well equiped kitchen. Nicely renovated. Easy check in and check out. Always available staff with very fast response to any request or question. Special thanks to Ricardo.

Not that I did not like just awareness to one closet for 2 bedrooms. For me was more than enough but tricky for 3 if not travelling light. Normal and expected in such a building almost 300 yo, no lift to the 3rd floor. O did not mind but again giving awareness.

Apartment a bit cold (winter time), but easily overcomed by the AC in all the main rooms (except in the bathroom).

Location was great. Apartment was spacious. Great that it has a washing machine, very handy. Communication was great.

The drainage was a problem, first in the bathroom and then the kitchen. Left an odour to it. Think that needs to be looked at. The no stairs, can't be helped, but perhaps something to look at even if only for luggage. Also, for a two week stay, change of towels/bedding and cleaning should be offered. I had to request it. But once requested it was not a hassle.

Excellent location very close to commerce square and a short walk to Barrio Alto. The appartment is very comfortable and cool even when temperatures were over 30C.
