Very good communication with the host. They responded within 24hrs to queries we had. Fantastic location in the heart of the historic town. Good sized apartment. Apartment had air conditioning which was a lifesaver during the really hot days we stayed.

No stairs to get to the apartment. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and it really was a workout getting up to the apartment especially on the super hot days. If you open the windows in one of the bedrooms, it smells like pizza from the restaurant downstairs. If you are sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, you will hear noises of people climbing up and down the stairs during the night. They are usually noisy and disruptive for a good night's sleep. Bathroom hooks, showerhead and kitchenware were really high up and could not be reached by a short person under 170cm.

Great location

The building does not have an elevator and this information was not included at the time of booking. We were on the 4th floor and the stairs were horrible. We found a cockroach.

We liked the building and the location. The tall ceilings were great. I appreciated that the team wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay and responded to make sure we had everything we needed.

I was a bit surprised that a 4 bedroom only had one bathroom.

The location is perfect. All of the bedrooms are really nice and the whole apartment is clean.

There wasn’t enough hot water for all 6 of us to shower with hot water. The place sleeps 7 so would be good if the boiler was bigger so everyone could have a warm shower.
