The apartment is big and bright, it’s in the centre and close to everywhere

The smell of the bathroom is terrible, also it’s noisy at night since there’re a restaurant and a bar downstairs

Position as we had stayed before

Level of cleaning very poor. Maintenance not carried out regularly. The studio is looking tired and the beds are very old and noisy. The sofa was covered in blankets very strange. First aid empty. Not one sharp knife. Nothing replaced if broken so incomplete service if you wanted to eat in I would normally give a glowing report however until you state the obvious then the owners might do something. Competition is fierce in Porto and maybe you do not have a problem with bookings but bad reviews can change that I hope tou take this review and do something about it and maintain what is and could be a very profitable and enjoyable experience for visitord This is my 57th visit to Porto so I know a little about options available

Spacious and bright property, with a lot of windows. Location was also great, it was easy to get around and see the main monuments in Porto, and relatively easy to reach from airport via public transport. Overall great!

The property did not have mosquito net, which could be helpful: although there were no mosquitos, I did see a few flies. Also a few items were not provided (for example, shampoo and bottle of water), which would be appreciated.

Otherwise the accommodation is stylish and in a super busy place with nightlife

The biggest weakness is the bathroom. It needs a complete renovation. The equipment, smells and cleanliness in the bathroom are really problematic. The mattress is great but the bed frame creaks even when you breathe :) the mattress dimensions are too small. The room allows completely different sleeping options.

Very noisy at night as the apartment is in a square full of bars and restaurants. Bathroom a little basic and rundown.

Excellent location close to all city centre attractions , the metro, lovely local bar on the corner.Large bright studio apartment plenty of space & had everything you’d need for a short stay, Carlos was a good host very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Saw in the reviews the bathroom was smelly, they were right! We tried to air it out a lot as no extractor fan but it did really stink out the room. Noisy as expected but we were okay with that.
