All great! Cool place to stay, location is top, host-the best!

Noisy street, bars open till 02:00 am, so maybe not the best option for families with kids, but for the young people-very good variant.

Beautiful apartment with great location. No staff at the house but they answered quickly at WhatsApp and let us in before check-in. Very helpful!

A little dirty for doing yoga on the floor.

Location is great, within a 10 minute walk from the main train station (Sao Bento), lovely shops and the main attractions are nearby. The style of the apartment is very ornate. It feels secure and the area seems safe. The owner was very responsive to any queries.

The kitchen was basic- could do with a few more cooking utrnsils.. The apartment can be a little noisy at night.

I loved the decor and style. The location was great (loud, but if shut the panels it was fine). Very good price. Large space.

This place has so much potential as it is a beautiful building and huge space. But the bad is worth noting. The worst was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom (noted this in other people's reviews when i found the property on AirBnB). This needs to be addressed ASAP to make this stay enjoyable as it instantly has a gross feeling which accentuates the more minor faults of the apartment . Didn't even want to cook in here because of the smell and had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times (which also needs updating). Beds were tiny and very uncomfortable/hard. Furniture covered in blankets to reveal very stained couch. Rugs also quite stained. Overall: good from far, far from good.
