Big and light apartment. good location. Helpful stuff.

Great location very close (7 minute walk) from Trinidade Metro Station, the main shopping area, old town and the river. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. I loved the old style and character of the property.

There was a constant bad drain smell in the bathroom, wine glasses would have been nice, as would a dresser or somewhere to put clothes but none of these things spoilt the stay.

Big apartment, perfect location

I had to ask a few times for an instruction on how to enter the apartment, looks like nobody wanted to send it to me even a few hours before the check-in time. There was an issue with the toilet - it was fixed during our stay but such issues should be fixed before guests are in. There were short power outages during the stay - really unexpected.

The host was very friendly - he gave us the option to check out later upon request. The location is good. Close to Ribeira and in an area that is quite nice in itself. Also 5-10 min to several metro stations. The apartment itself is nice - it could do with a pan though. Beds are comfy enough. . All in all I can recommend it as a good stay with decent value for money, but not excellent.

The only problem is the bathroom. Its small, quite smelly due to the humidity and not so clean. Could really do with an upgrade!

Wonderful place to stay. Very centrally located but it does not get loud later in the evening even tho there is a bar located under. Decorated very well, the apartment is high ceiling, very bright, painted blue and white you just get the vibe of Porto immediately, kitchen is efficient. I find bathroom very clean and perfect place for your stay in Porto. Owners and very kind and communicative, you can also find complimentary coffee in the kitchen. WiFi is working perfectly fine. Towels are provided also you can find an iron. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

The apartment was in a good location for getting to and from the airport and also to the various areas of Porto.. It was a large pleasant room with lovely full length windows. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We arrived at 21:30 to find the cleaners outside the door and that the previous occupants had not moved out (and were not around) and the flat had not been cleaned. We told the cleaners we would go out for a drink and get a bite to eat and could they sort out. I also messaged the owner. We came back an hour or so later to find that it had been sorted by the cleaners. Apparently the guests had thought they were booked until the following day. However as check out is 12 noon I would have expected this to have been noticed and sorted well before we arrived. There were several other issues: the vinyl floor had lifted in one place causing a trip hazard - we put a chair over it to stop us tripping. The door code box told us the battery was low which was worrying as we didn't now if the batteries went whether we would be able to get in. The owner said that the message comes up about 5 days before they run out but we did not know how long it had been saying that. He said he would send someone to swich the batteries. The door to the apartment did not open fully as it rubbed on the floor which made getting in and out awkward. I informed the owner and he said he was already aware of this. There was a nasty smell from the bathroom - we checked and the plug holes were clean and the toilet flushed well so we suspected it was due to lask of ventilation We minimised it by opening the windows when we got back each time. The owner said he would call the maintenance company and get back to us. All of these issues were reported to the owner however none were rectified during our stay but hopefully it will be sorted for the next occupants.
