We liked the location, it was close to the subway, and the area was very nice and quiet&safe. We really loved the balcony where we had our breakfast every morning 🌞😀 Despite the following minor inconveniences, we enjoyed the flat and would happily return again.

Pillows were flat and not really comfortable. Please change the corkscrew, we had to put huge effort into opening the wine, it's not working properly. Would be nice also to have more stuff in the kitchen, as wipes set and new sponge. And one more uncomfortable thing for us - the lock from the outside door is very close to the ground...I have to bend over too much down, it's very inconvenient...

Location (metro very convenient) , apartment and cleanliness were very good. Also nicely furnished, good rack to hang your clothes.

The sofa inverted to bed maybe not so comfortable for an adult+ there is no way where you could tack the sheets. Mattres topper would take care of both problems. Also time to renew the pillows. Had some misunderstanding about check in times, and ended paying 60€ for late check up. So be carefull to check the check in fits your schedule. I noticed too late after paying.

Unfortunately, our stay in this house in Lisbon fell short of expectations. From the beginning, we were faced with an undisclosed and unjustified additional cost for late check-in, considering the property was aware of our late-night arrival, which certainly left a bitter taste. In addition, the taxi service from the airport to the apartment was included with the booking of the apartment. The driver didn't show up and we had to take a Uber. In addition to this inconvenience they made us pay a surcharge for the late check-in, delay also due to their bad organization. The apartment photos on the website had us hoping for a cozy and comfortable environment, but the reality was quite different. The shower had functional issues, and the hot water was only sufficient for one person, making bathroom management a bit tricky for a group of four. The space was a bit tight to comfortably accommodate four people, with a sofa bed that could barely fit one person and a double bed smaller than expected. Additionally, the limited quantity of essential items such as toilet paper added further inconvenience to our stay. The lack of response from the host when we requested assistance was disappointing. Furthermore, having to tackle the stairs at 4 in the morning during our departure due to the non-functioning elevator (which may be turned off during nighttime hours) was an unforeseen inconvenience. In conclusion, if you're looking for a stay without unpleasant surprises, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

Location was very good and convenient.

The staff was not able to check us in. With assistance of a neighbor we had to wait about one hour before we could collect the key left outside a shop in the window around 9 pm. The check out was a similar experience despite we agreed on a specific time. No staff member showed up and any response to messages in the website came after almost 3 hours. Too sad that bad communication resulted overall in a very bad experience. The couch and the bed mattress have outlived their usefulness.
