Poor communication from day 1. Refused to let us in at 3:00 check in. Contact numbers incorrect. Key to entrance at times did not work. Real safety hazard. Dark hallways. Cockroach in foyer of bldg. The “balcony” in pictures is a Hot House for the air conditioner.

The place was really cozy, had everything you need for cooking and there was a special welcome gift. We could also do laundry easily. The reception staff was very kind and gave as great ideas for visiting. There is a beautiful fountain at the corner and it is 2 blocks from the metro, so ya can get easily anywhere.

The lights went down 3 times. This should be informed previously or with a note at the place, because the first time it happened we almost had no battery to call the host and we were scared. The elevator is a little bit old but works perfectly, so don't be scared if it takes off too hard. The neighborhood may look dark but it was safe.

Great location, perfect sized space with everything we needed. The welcome host was fantastic and provided us with all the information we needed. Thanks for the treats- coffee and biscuits.

Brilliant location to get around Lisbon to attractions - 2 mins walk to Almeda Metro & quick connections around the city. Direct Metro line to airport. Good location for bus routes too. Would recommend getting the 24 hour Metro / bus / tram tickets. Nice residential area with local market nearby & good local eateries. Compact apartment had all we needed for short break & out most of the day.

We couldn't use air con in living room as dripping water (fortunately bedroom air con working ok) and microwave didn't work. Reported the problems but got no response - hopefully they will be fixed for next guests.

the requirement of exact time to the minute, for check-in, was very demanding and stressful considering the arrival from a destination 300 km away.

The location was really good! Close to the city centre and quite. The stuff member was really friendly and great!

The sofa bed for the third person was not very comfortable and there was not any coffee although there was a coffee machine but in total, great value for money!
