Fonte Luminosa - Great Location

The apartment is located in a very strategic position (very close to Alameda metro station, intersection between red and green line). Very practical solution for who wants to spend most of the time visiting the city.

- The flat looks better in the picture than in reality - Kitchen pans and pots are all scratched and not suitable for cooking - House supplies are limited: no soap whatsoever and half toilet paper to use without replacements - Decorative pillows are stained - The induction hob cannot be used together with other electric device and hot water is limited (need to wait after a shower to have some more) - The electricity panel is inside of a closet which is closed with a locker - The access to the building is quite difficult because the key of the staircase is not working properly and there is a "trick" to open it. One tenant once opened the door for us without any trouble Unfortunately, electricity and the staircase key problems were not communicated in advance and caused us some chaos and wasted time, since replies from the host were with delays.

Very convenient to Alameda Metro station; nice windows for overlooking the street and Fonte Luminosa; good heat and water pressure in shower. Washing machine available (we didn’t use it).

Communication was a bit limited, which was challenging as we were having to redo our travel plans due to a rail strike. Would also have liked more readily available info about the apartment, such as wifi network and password, how to use the lights in the pitch-black stairwell, how to use the key in the outside door, maybe recommendations of places to eat nearby. But the apartment was perfectly functional for our quick overnight stay.

Great location, very close to metro station (red and green lines). If you decide to go to the center by foot it will take you 30 min (to Rossio square). Nice and quiet area. There are a big market and cafes (Mezze was one of my favorite) close to apartment. Greate host.

Not new kitchen stuff (frying pans, pots). Plates and cups were ok!

Nice location. 5 minute walk to metro station. Kitchen is well equipped.

Staircase lights switch-on is not automatic. Info for next guests: you have to push a button marked "Luz". Try to not confuse it with other button, which is a doorbell.

Nice, clean apartment, fully equipped. Great location, easy to reach center by bus or walking. Host was helpful and tried to find fast solution for problem.

The apartment was exactly as described. It was recently refreshed and is very clean. Located at the second floor of the building. The metro station is just behind the corner and there're a few grocery stores nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. Our host was very communicative and helpful.
