"Thank you to the host for the kindness, but the sleeping arrangement was difficult and it made it hard to have a restful"

It wasn't the property we expected based on the pictures. The host did her best after we submitted a complaint and had us moved to an entirely different property and although the second property "looked" better the bed was HORRIBLE. They did provide a mattress topple but that did not help bc the bed was hard. I'll never book in booking again for this type of situation. For the price we could've stayed in a better hotel with daily services

spacious. delightful tiny roof terrace. decoration of flat exceptionally fine. staff very helpful

it’s on a flight of stairs so, as listing says, if you can’t carry your luggage up stairs, it’s not for you. it’s an attic space so short on windows ( has skylights) except for door to terrace and exceptional view from shower

Apartament jest ciekawy, z pięknym widokiem i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo czysto, schludnie i estetycznie. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko sklepy, kawiarnie, restauracje. Tylko te przeklęte schody, po których za każdym razem trzeba było się wdrapywać... :D

The apartment was adorable! We had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay at Portas do Castelo again next time I visit Lisbon. It felt like we were in our own home, so lovely. Having breakfast on the balcony with a view was also great!
