DEI spend 2 weeks in the bigger apartment and it was overall a comfy stay. I especially appreciated the washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Communication was tops, no instant reply but mostly within 24 Hrs, very polite and helpful. Difficulties with the sink in the bathroom were taken care of the next day after we informed the admin and we received fresh towels and linen after one week upon request. It is not as freshly renovated anymore as it appears on the pictures, but still worth it. I have definitely seen much worse in Lisboa, on of my favorite cities. I would return to this place.
New pillows for the bed would be nice.
GRConsidering the price, the location was good and convenient. The property also offered Wi-Fi access.
Unfortunately, our accommodation was not as clean as it should have been, as we found hairs from previous guests on the pillows. What disappointed us even more was the response we received when we asked for the bed linens to be changed the following day. Our request was declined, and we were told that "they are only human, and something might have been overlooked." As a result, some members of our group felt uncomfortable sleeping there and were unable to fully relax throughout the night.

The dining area and living rooms have no natural light, but we were fine with it.

Quite a cramped layout with the two largest rooms in the basement. Didnt feel very clean and.very noisy road outside. The studio has been created by dividing a flat into smaller units and you can hear everything feom neighbouring flats

The way the owner deals with customers seems polite… but it really isn’t. The apartment was called Wine Cellar — and a wine cellar it truly was. I’m giving you a 7 only because I’m in the same business. Normally it would be around a 4, and that’s only because I know how hard you work to maintain a high score. You should ask guests to leave you tips on a piece of paper instead of through Booking
