Excellent location and beautiful view, it is a charming apartment

Views and location. Heart of Lisbon.

The address was not complete. The Uber driver had problems to find the exact place and Karla had to reach us on the street because we were completely lost. The stairs felt insecure. It was very dark and we had to turn the lights manual. My young friends were about to fall many times. I think they have used a kind of filter to make the pictures more beautiful because the place looked a bit different in person and the worst of all was the temperature in there. FELT LIKE HELL. I know it is August but you have to find a solution and the fans were very old and didn’t work well. We had to take the mattress out of the room because there was no way to sleep in there. We slept in the living room with the window open and the fan on but nothing worked. I wrote to Karla next day and five hours later she answered that the room was hot because of summer. EXCUSE ME!!!! They didn’t even care enough to do something about it. And I also receive a message from Sofia saying that we had to take the trash out of the apartment. First, I am paying for a clean place and you are telling me that I am paying for cleaning it? And even worst, when we arrive, the trash container was full of trash. We were very sad to pay for a place to sleep and not being able to do it. Not worth it at all.

Great location, was greeted by Layana she was awesome and even helped us with our luggage up all the stairs. Very informative and even had some pastel de natas on arrival :) the view was absolutely amazing and would stay there again!

It's not that I didn't like but would love to see more done with the space up stairs..maybe a chill spot make it more comfy to relax upstairs :)

Great view and fantastic location

The apartment was up lots of extremely steep stairs which made getting luggage in and out very difficult. The double bed wasn’t that comfy.

The stairs were very steep and alot of them the owner should say it is not suitable for anyone of limited mobility we left after one day as the stairs were too daunting also the sofa was ridiculously low and very uncomfortable

Great central location. Comfortable beds.

The key was a bit awkward. The living room was a bit of an odd layout but we didn’t spend much time indoors so it didn’t really matter.
