Please note, for late check-in after 9:00 PM there is a surcharge of EUR 30, and after 12:00 AM a surcharge of EUR 40. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. A security deposit of 150€ per stay will be requested at check-in. "Bien pero con aspectos a mejorar"

- Bien ubicado para moverte por Lisboa - Cocina nueva (horno, microondas, tostadora y cafetera prácticamente a estrenar) - Aire acondicionado y calefactor. - Cazuelas nuevas y cubertería. - Suficientes productos de limpieza (excepto bayetas, algo básico para el día a día). - Secador de calidad.

- Humedades en paredes y rodapiés (la ducha pierde agua) - Congelador sin puerta - Sartenes prácticamente inservibles (tuvimos que comprarnos una). - La cama... bastante incómoda. No hay almohada solo cojines individuales. Duermes en un armario y las patas son muy finas por lo que se hunde. - El grifo de la cocina no tiene filtro y cada vez que das el agua te mojas. - Las sillas son cómodas pero están muy sucias... - El cristal de la mesa está suelto (no está anclado a las patas) por lo que cada vez que te apoyas se levanta y es peligroso. - Apenas armario para la ropa. Tiene aspectos a mejorar y el descanso es regulero si vas a pasar varios días.

Alt var helt perfekt!

Everything was absolutely perfect in the apartment, clean and nice and smelled good. Location is great, but if you want a quiet area to sleep then it's best to think about it. The apartment is located in a quite noisy street where buses and cars run 24/7.

"Nie polecam!"

Aby dostać klucze musisz zrobić drugi check in na innym portalu niż booking, gdzie konieczne jest podanie swoich danych, numer paszportu, i zapłaceniu kaucji 150 Euro. Spędziliśmy godzinę na ulicy zanim weszliśmy do mieszkania, za które zapłaciliśmy tydzień wcześniej. Samo mieszkanie było brudne, zniszczone i niewygodne. Łóżko było w szafie - głowa była niżej niż nogi i zapadłem się do środka. Ulica bardzo ruchliwa, hałas 24 godziny na dobę. Zróbcie zdjęcia zaraz po przybyciu bo właściciele straszą, że nie oddadzą pieniędzy jeśli coś uszkodzimy. Tylko że w tym mieszkaniu wszystko było uszkodzone lub brudne. Kaucję odzyskałem po 7 dniach.

Mostly well equipped. Lots of windows.

The bed, please invest in a proper bed, makes such a difference. The noise, had to wear earplugs, next to busy roads. Late check in of 4pm.

The apartment is located halfway between tourist attractions such as the Torre de Belém and Jerónimos Monastery, the botanical garden, and Downtown on the other side. In Alcântara, it's close to LX Factory, only a ten-minute walk away. On the street itself, there are several smaller shops, restaurants, and pharmacies.
