Please note, for late check-in after 9:00 PM there is a surcharge of EUR 30, and after 12:00 AM a surcharge of EUR 40. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. A security deposit of 150€ per stay will be requested at check-in. Alcantara Smart Studio is cosy apartment. Location is good compromise as top points of interest are in reach and Belem quarter with famous tower and monastery is even about 15 minutes by public transport, however keep in mind that traffic jams in Lisbon are very common due to heavy traffic. Kitchen is very well equipped, ready for cooking with own supplies. TV and Wi-fi are included. Street itself is calm, of course there is some noise from street especially buses, but with closed window I didn't even noticed. In some previous ratings are mentioned airplanes, well flights' approach to the airport leads closely above the city, despite that I didn't hear any flights and I can imagine that city center and locations closer to the airport are more exposed to the noise. Overall I am very satisfied with accomodation and I can recommend it.

"4 night stay"

Location is great, balcony is great

Support is super slow. Bed is not comfortable at all. Pillow cases were not clean. Shower leaks water into the floor. No place to dry towels during winter

"Comfortable for a short stay"

Clean and comfortable apartment for a short stay in Lisbon. The kitchen was equipped will all the necessary. We enjoyed the stay very much!

The bed was ok (need to be careful with the corners), but keep in mind that the street nearby is a bit noisy even in the night, so windows need to be closed for a comfortable sleep.

Everything you may need is here. Stylish, modern and very clean Easy to find and check-in Perfect place for a one person

A bit noisy during the nights. If you don’t want to use air condition, you have to keep the balcony door opened

The check in was done at 7pm and we had to wait outside the property from 2pm and at 7pm the cleaners atteneded to clean the property.

They advised that they will give the code details only upon paying the deposit
