Velmi příjemný a přátelský majitel, který nám i zařídil whale watching a dal spoustu tipů. Ubytování je krásně čisté, super koupelna, krásná terasa. Soukromé parkování, prostředí banánového sadu taky moc fajn. Hned pod kopcem je super bar a cesta k obchoďáku po levádě a kolem zvířátek byla třešnička na dortu našeho pobytu. Rádi se vrátíme.

Nesehnali jsme vhodné kapsle do kávovaru.

Miguel met us at the Airport already to give us the Keys and sent nice and clear desciption via WA with pictures. Apartment was easy to find and in good condition. There where extra Blankets and a hairdryer. Kitchen is well equiped and the there is even a Washing Machine. The location in the banana-trees is nice and there is a huge terasse and space for the car.

Bathroom is a bit moldy, but I guess thats because of the humidity. We where there in May and it was a bit cold inside so we tried to use the heating but it did not work. Would be nice to have some instructions there.

Great location: easy access to the highway for exploring the island, and a shopping center with a supermarket within walking distance. Stunning view from the window – more beautiful than any postcard. The host was very friendly and well-organized. Private gated parking. Heating worked perfectly. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for a family or a group.

During the rain, water was dripping from the ceiling in the living room. There wasn't much bed linen, and the extra blankets in the closet weren't very clean. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the oven, but that might have been our fault.

I can't recommend this place enough! Amazing location and apartments surrounded by banana trees, the host is so attentive and really goes out of his way to make your experience perfect, one example is it was my girlfriend's birthday and he brought round wine biscuits and a hand written card. There is also a car hire available which I recommend as it gives pure freedom to roam and explore this magical place. Even the TV inside has a huge selection of channels and a lot of them are in English. We arrive very early, but was allowed to check in, get changed and leave our bags until the room was ready which was super helpful. I had a slight accident with the car I rented, and the other driver was being hard work refusing to move and calling the police, I called Miguel the host and he came straight away and sorted everything out for us so we could continue our trip, absolute legend! Keep up the great work Miguel 🌟

Trying hard to think of something and can't, there was no toaster, but we just used a pan which worked fine.

Host is very helpful & available all the time.

1st day, bedsheet, pillow covers & bath towels were stinking badly & it was not properly washed. However, this got replaced by the host very next day. 1st day experience was bad.

Perfect. Miguel is very helpful. Parking at the location is not easy, very steep road. But parking in general is a challenge around Madeira.

It's located near Funchal between bananas trees, which we really liked. Flat was spacious with all necessary facilities. There are electric radiators (heaters). We liked beds and shower. You have all privacy you need here. Host (Miguel) is friendly and offered us check-in on airport at late evening, which we apprieced much. Overall it's great value for the money, as similar offerings are usually pricier. We spent most of the time outside exploring the beautiful Island, returning to here just to sleep and it's was just right for this.

There is some space for improvements, which we believe can be easily fixed. Our private parking space wasn't free for us for 2 from 3 days of our stay and parking elsewhere near is very very challenging. Ants were present in living room. Host wasn't really responsive until several days before our arrival.
