Easy to reach by no8&16 bus to Madeira Shopping then a 5 minute walk. Great roof terrace for sunset. Levada walks close by. Excellent host; Miguel was easy to contact and very helpful . Comfy bed and powerful shower. Plenty of parking if you had a car.

Very uncomfortable sofa and musty smell in the wardrobe.

It was spacious, among a banana plantation . Great views from the patio area. The property has plenty cooking utensils , very clean

I arrived late at night , the apartment was freezing cold , there was a serious smell of damp and mildew, opening the wardrobe, cupboards, there was a smell of mildew , the bedding was either damp or cold or both.

The location is great, stores are near the place is spacious, tidy amd very welcoming. The amenities are excellent !

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Tallinus, which made our holiday in Madeira perfect. The appartment is very cosy and equipped with everything one needs. The setting in the banana orchard is just charming. Miguel is the perfect host, friendly, helpful, with lots of good recommendations for food and trips. The bar around the corner is a great spot to enjoy a drink among the locals. The portfolio for tourists in the house is very helpful. We rented a car from Miguel and it was very good. Beware of the very steep roads of Madeira, challenging even for experienced drivers! We’ll be back!
