Muito calor

The flat itself was ok in spite of the many broken things like the rolling blinds, the kitchen furniture, the bathroom tiles and wood works etc. So I still gave a high score. I also appreciate the friendly team they have. They were absolutely helpless to my situation and i tried to accommodate as much as I could, but they were friendly.

I had to stay locked in the building for almost 2days because they had no key for the building door, only the flat door and power went out and the electronic building door keypad was of course not working. Ringing neighbours' doors Besides that, after that was solved, they asked to let someone in to check on a potential leak source as they had the keys to the flat and could let themselves in. That wasn't the issue, the issue was that when i said yes someone immediately knocked on the door, so I understand they were basically ready to come in in case i hadn't opened the door, i was not ready at all to have anyone come in at that moment. I ended up losing 2days of my time there and needing to cancel appointments.

La propreté du logement et sa grandeur, il était très spacieux. La vue magnifique nous avons adoré Surtout le soir avec les lumières des villes en face !

Certaines choses sont à revoir : volets cassés et je pense depuis longtemps (j’ai vu un commentaire qui date de mars 2024, prévenant d’un volet cassé, je ne suis pas sûre qu’il ai été réparé depuis, en tout cas le volet du salon donnant sur la route est cassé) Salle de bain pas très confortable, les toilettes juste derrière la porte ce n’est pas pratique. Et on risque de glisser dans la baignoire en descendant c’est dangereux. La terrasse est belle mais pourrait être plus decorée. Elle est vide c’est dommage. Il manque au moins un parasol et des petites decos. Elle est tellement grande que la table et le soin salon font vides. Les plaques en bois sont nulles sont posées n’importe comment donc elles sont bancales elles ne servent à rien Et le gazon synthétique a mal été posé il se decolle ça fait moche. Tout cela n’est qu’un détail mais ce qui nous a vraiment déplu c’est que le logement est loin des commerces (15 min à pied) et des arrets de métro Alameda (15 min à pied) Olaias (8 min à pied) C’est fatiguant au quotidien La route est très bruyante nous avons eu beaucpup de mal à dormir on en entend tout Le logement est très cher

浴簾已經損壞，應該更換卻僅用螺絲釘勉強固定。 廚房缺乏橄欖油、鹽等配料。 臥室插座太少。
