1-bedroom Apt with Stunning River Views and Private Rooftop by Lisbeyond

The place was beautiful. A little difficult to get into but eventually figured it out. The host responded to my questions quickly. The apartment has everything you could want and the rooftop patio!!

Unfortunately the professional photos from the advert did not reflect the actual state of the property (see attached). Homeit system to get it - apparently depending on the stable Wifi - freaked me out as the internet connection was not stable and I could not make it work initially.

The appartment is perfect, huge, clean, everything You need to enjoy Your stay. Location is very good, bus, metro is very near. View from terrace is fabulous. Thank You.

Nice view and huge terrasse, just as described. Very well equipped kitchen. 2 metro stations and other public transport options within walking distance. Close to the airport and enough parking spots, if you have a rental car. Once figured out how to communicate with the hosts, all questions and requests were answered quickly.

Communication with the hosts (lisbeyond) was confusing in the beginning, it wasn‘t clear if they prefer email, phone call, booking-chat or their own chat. Bedroom is quite noisy during night, if you have the window open, because of the main road in front of the building. Didn‘t disturb us, but might be a problem for some people. There is no air conditioning.

Spacious, clean and sunny.

The apartment is badly in need of an update: wrinkled artificial turf, wobbly wooden platform and peeling furniture with dirty cushions on the balcony, bathroom sink draining very slowly (we used the kitchen sink instead) and dated kitchen. Locked out of building on arrival, greeter was abrupt and unfamiliar with the area, directed us to the internet for any info, in contrast to other properties who provided info on the area and recommendations. The location is on a very busy road with traffic 24/7.

Excellent communication with the host, and smooth check-in. The location is good, 8 mins walk from the Metro station. The apartment is as in the photos - big, clean and cozy. But you can never imagine the view from the rooftop before you see it. It's breathtaking. It's a part of the apartment, like a balcony and it's nice to have breakfast there. There are a lot of facilities in the kitchen, like at home (oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc). The bed also was comfortable.

I'd prefer a shower cabin to a bathtub, but it's a matter of taste.
