1-bedroom Apt with Stunning River Views and Private Rooftop by Lisbeyond

The apartment is very cosy and clean and has all the necessary amenities. It is near to bus, metro stations and shops. But the absolute highlight is the terrace, which is amazing and offers an overwhelming view of the city. I highly recommend.

Secure, clean, simple, nice view.

The apartmant had every little thing you could possibly need. It is spacious with huge terrace with truly amazing view. Internet is good, the instructions for getting in were really clear and the staff is responsive. Metro station is up to 10 minutes walk, also there are stores close by. All in all, it is really great.

Furniture on the terrace needs to be changed.

The bed was super comfortable and the linens were nice. The view is spectacular.

The Lisbon team made me feel very welcome and answered my questions in the app quickly. The even checked in with me later to see how i was doing.

I expected more from the rooftop itself. I imagined myself having dinner there each night, but it didnt look very clean and one of the boards of the table was broken. I had dinner inside the appartement instead.

Location had good access to the Metro and was in a quiet residential area. The roof terrace was very spacious with views of the sea.

Some of the kitchen appliances were a little old. There weren't any instructions on how to use anything (eg. hob and the switch between the washing machine and dishwasher was confusing)

Private rooftop. Would be perfect for summer. Apartment has bathtub and gas boiler.

As I was staying in March, I can say it's not so good for winter/spring. Problem with garbage: there is no access to basement floors where garbage bins are located. Phone link does not open basement doors. Last days of stay I had to keep garbage in bags in the kitchen.

The view from the balcony is amazing! Apartment is well equiped, bed is super-comfy.

Check-in process. First, we got the info that someone would wait for us in apartment. When we arrived, no one was there. We tried to reach out the person, we got contacted by previoisly, but she said that the plans changed and she was no more responsible for our check in. We should do self-check in. Then we tried to reach out the company for the details. This took us 20 min of waiting and few phone calls. At one moment we even thought that it was a scam. Fortunatelly, we arrived at mid of day. I believe it could be even worse during the night check-in. This process really has to be improved.

Very roomy, with all the amenities. Supermarket not too far away and a good takeout, and coffee cafe nearby.

It was a little further from the metro station than I thought it would be. You have to take the metro to get into the popular tourist places.
