Apartment Carmo

O apartamento é ótimo e bem localizado, próximo a tudo. Mercado, metrô e dá para fazer tudo a pé. As meninas são ótimas anfitriãs também.

Super Lage, sehr zentral mit Garagenplatz im selben Gebäude. Grosses Apartment und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber Hugo.

Möblierung nicht so modern und neu wie es auf den Bildern aussah. Preis nicht ganz günstig aber wohl der Lage und Grösse des Apartments entsprechend. Kaffee war leider (für mich) ungeniessbar - ist aber ja nicht unbedingt die Verantwortung des Vermieters…

The apartment was lovely and exactly as described, but my wife and I were particularly impressed with the service provided by the property managers - projecthabitat.pt. They navigated us smoothly through some significant last-minute changes, communicated and responded clearly and rapidly (even on weekends), and provided outstanding service. We cannot rate them highly enough.

Nothing that is worth complaining about - we had a great week.

Super de luxe etage met alles bij de hand. Perfecte locatie in Chiado tussen Bairro Alto en de commerciële binnenstad. Heel gezellig pleintje voor de deur, museum voor de deur en boven op een ontzettende leuke supermarkt met heel veel lekkere broodjes en verse groenten. Als klap op de vuurpijl ook een eigen parkeerplaats weliswaar op verdieping -6, maar met een lift naar de etage toe. Buurt is top, tussen de lokalen en ruim opgezet.

Leonardo hat uns empfangen, hat uns den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gezeigt und uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Er hat uns auf unsere Bitte zusätzlich einige Restaurants empfohlen. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Supermarkt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Die große weiße Couch im Wohnzimmer hat ihre beste Zeiten hinter sich (viele, teilweise große Flecken). Die Kloschüssel ist sehr klein (gut für Kinder, für Erwachsene jedoch schwierig).

Konumu çok iyiydi, internet için önce sorun yaşadık ama sonra sorunumuz hemen çözüldü, market hemen binanın dışında, gezilecek yerlerin hepsi yakın, ısıtma gayet yeterliydi, sicak su vardı, mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi, daire gayet temizdi, ama Lizbon için genel olarka bir rutubet sorunu var ve bu bizim için problem olmadı ,her şey gayet keyifliydi,iletişim de gayet iyiydi her yazdığımda geri donus alabildim

El alojamiento estaba genial, muy limpio, cómodo y amplio. El personal nos ayudó mucho y muy amable.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado

Very spacious apartment in the center of Lisbon, with everything within walking distance. Marina, our host, was extremely kind and helpful. The welcome treat and amenities were excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking.

The apartment was heated mainly through air-conditioning units and a few electric heaters, so it never felt particularly warm. The windows were poorly sealed, and during strong winds this resulted in noticeable noise. Several walls showed humidity marks, likely due to insufficient heating. Unfortunately, the toilet had not been properly cleaned upon our arrival. Parking was located on level -6, and access was via a narrow road, which made frequent use of the car somewhat inconvenient. Overall, the apartment felt overpriced for what it offered.
