FLH Portas do Sol Duplex with Terrace

Location Location Location!! Smack in the middle of the Alfama neighborhood! Amazing spot with great views from all 3 outdoor balconies! Cute kitchen with all the necessary amenities and more. Modern look and feel and bonus! an elevator to the third floor.

The bathroom has no ventilation which creates had a lot of mold in the shower and it did not drain (which we solved ourselves). The whole apartment including the furniture and bedding was VERY dusty and had a lot of hairs on it. (My allergies started acting up.) Also I would have expected if you leave a little kitchen cleaning kit you would include the dishwasher soap. Lastly the outdoor furniture in general could use an upgrade and some pillows for the current seating and we were unable to locate the sun umbrella for which there was a stand.

The cleaner was there when we arrived 1 hour after check in and didn’t leave until 5pm.

Bright, airy and spacious apartment serviced by a lift to the entry door. Outdoor terrace and a view of the river were lovely.

The only real fault was that the crockery needed reviewing and replenishing, an easy fix.

The apartment was very airy and spacious. Plenty of room to move around and relax, the little terrace area was a bonus especially as a place to wind down after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment also has an elevator up to all floors which is unusual to find in a lot the older areas.

De ruimte, de dakterrassen die uitkijken over de stad en de aangename slaapkamers

Het schuine dak in de badkamer was wat onhandig met make-up doen, douchen, het toilet heel laag. Dus voor lange/ grote mensen niet aan te raden

Tolle Unterkunft in TopLage. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber zum schlafen vollkommen ausreichend. Die 3 Balkone sind ein Highlight ✨.

Aufzug 2 Tage defekt, wurde aber auf Hinweis an den Vermieter repariert. Sessel auf der Terrasse ist kaputt.

Sie liegt absolut zentral und ist ein guter Startpunkt um Lissabon zu erkunden

Wenig Küchenausstattung und Küche und Bad nur schräge flache Wände. Man kann nur gebückt dort stehen und abwaschen und Zähne putzen🤪
