Bairrus Lisbon Apartments - Alfama II

Perfekte Lage, preis Leistung war ok, Terrasse echt super, Geräusche recht wenig angesichts der zentralen Lage schon super, Wohnung groß, wir waren zu zweit und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Haustür, Parkplatz in Garage ist Gold wert für Autoreisende

die Übergabe war nicht toll, die person hatte mehrere Übergaben zeitgleich, das kann man besser regeln, die Erklärungen bei der Übergabe waren alle nicht hilfreich, das Wichtige musste man selber rausfinden. die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ansonsten super, alles andere war auch super

Perfecte locatie, mooi en ruim appartement, alles aanwezig. Fijn terras

The apartment has a great location in the old town. Just down the hill from the castle and the tram passes right outside the front door and there's a tram stop a few doors down. You can walk to most tourist sites within 30 mins but you can always grab the tram/bus or hire a tuk tuk if you prefer. There's a Copenhagen coffee shop right across the street and a couple of doors down there's Breakfast Lovers cafe. Both do a great Breakfast. The apartment itself is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and small outside patio with table and chairs. A great base to explore Lisbon.

I didn't bother me but there is noise on a night and in the morning from the tram and people walking by outside. It does get quiet by about 10 and starts again in the morning about 8 or 9. It didn't stop me from sleeping and it's only what you'd expect from an apartment in a tourist area. But something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

Mooi ruim appartement ,alles aanwezig en goed gelegen, mooie omgeving. Tegenover de bakker en leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

Als je met de auto komt, is het lastig de parkeergarage in te rijden ivm de tram die in de smalle straat rijdt.

Un bel appartement dans le quartier d’Alfama. Emplacement super. avec l’arrêt du mythique tram 28 au pied de l’appartement. Beaux volumes, belle literie, deux salles de bain.

Un entretien un peu négligé ( comme souvent). Une luminosité moyenne.

Excellent location in old town and close or easy access to attractions. Comfortable.

Could have better lighting in lounge and bedrooms, it was a little dark.

Location was perfect. Just had to be careful when leaving building so trolley wouldn’t get you. I loved the patio by kitchen. Loved the choice of coffeemakers. That was a treat. Also, the owner was incredibly flexible with our arrival time and our departure time took a lot of of stress out out of our trip into Lisbon. Very responsive to all messages.

The only negative was 2nd bathroom shower was small and friends found it a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker

Mycket centralt i den äldre delen av Lissabon. Två bra sovrum och badrum. Stort vardagsrum. Spårvagn precis utanför dörren. Bra restaurang 50 m bort och jättegott kaffe och tillbehör mittemot ingången.

Det ena sovrummet hade inga fönster som man kan se ut i (i nivå med gatan utanför, täckt med film). Fönstren i vardagsrum i gatunivå och därmed insyn. Snålt med utrustning i köket dvs glas, muggar och bestick.
