Gera lokacija, arti lankytinų vietų. Butas nedidelis, bet labai jaukus ir švarus. Yra viskas, ko reikia. Labai patogus čiužinys lovoje, rytais nugaros visai neskaudėjo :) Patiko, kad šeimininkas labai paslaugus, pasiteiraudavo žinute, kaip mums sekasi ir ar nieko nereikia. Patiko, kad raktų nereikėjo ieškoti kažkur dėžutėje, o juos perdavė mus pasitikus. Žodžiu, puiki vieta trumpam apsistojimui (mes buvome savaitę).

Viskas buvo gerai.

This has been one of my saddest and dirtiest travel experiences. We stayed 7 nights and almost every day brought a new issue. The apartment we received did not match the photos, nor did it have the advertised terrace. I don’t know who actually gets the one shown on the listing. Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of tap water. A small gesture, but for the price paid, you would expect at least a bottle of mineral water, a few coffee capsules or tea bags. The equipment looked more like flea-market leftovers. These are small details, but they matter when you travel and pay over 100€ per night. Cleanliness was shocking. The bathroom floor was covered with visible black hair, simply spread around with a wet mop. The shower drain was clogged with hair, the drain cover was broken, and the shower leaked. I had to clean it myself after a long trip, which was truly unpleasant. Shortly after check-in, the host asked if “maintenance” could enter the apartment on Friday morning to “check the air conditioning”, even though it worked perfectly. When you are on holiday, you don’t want forced appointments or strangers entering your space. I asked how long the visit would last — no answer.

Things became worse. One day, a homeless man was knocking on our door because the building door doesn’t close properly. The next day, while we were out, someone entered the apartment, inspected all rooms, and left. Nothing was stolen, but our privacy was clearly violated. I reported this to the host and to Booking.com. Strangely, the host seemed more concerned about how I noticed the intrusion than about the intrusion itself. Later he claimed it was the cleaning lady who “mistakenly entered” — which is highly unlikely. A cleaner wouldn’t walk room to room when luggage is clearly visible. Based on what we saw, there is no regular cleaning staff. The host appears to do the cleaning himself — and poorly. Hair on walls, dirty mop marks, a freezer full of old ice… Basic things that any real cleaner would handle. Finally, after leaving an honest private review, the host sent mocking messages via WhatsApp, which were later deleted. I saved screenshots. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. The location may be fine, but the hygiene, intrusion, and attitude of the host made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Apartamento bem localizado, sendo possível visitar várias atrações turísticas a pé. Às acomodações são muito boas, com dois quartos, cozinha, sala e banheiro. O local do apartamento é seguro e tranquilo para caminhar e tem muitos restaurantes próximos. Jorge, o Anfitrião, respondeu todas as perguntas com rapidez.

Great location, fun bars & restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful when we arrived, and the place was clean & well stocked. There’s a nice patio out back.

This didn’t bother us, but there are some steep stairs up to the apartment.

Die Außenterrasse und der super freundliche Empfang

Kaum Fenster im Appartement und somit wenig Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, aber das liegt am dem Baustil der schönen Altstadthäuser.

Perfekte Lage mit komfortablen Betten, großem Wohnzimmer und Terrasse. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, es gibt eine Waschmaschine aber keine Spülmaschine.

Die Duschkabine ist nicht ganz dicht, also eines der Handtücher als Wasseraufnehmer einplanen. Hat aber den insgesamt sehr schönen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt nicht geschmälert.

Lokacija je bila odlična. Domaćin ljubazan. Dočekao nas u ponoć zbog kašnjenja leta. Omogućio ostavljanje prtljaga još 4 sata posle napuštanja objekta. Joakim je bio vrlo ljubazan i koristan. Terasa je bila odlično mjesto za večernje piće i razgovor. Kuhinja je imala većinu neophodnih stvari

Namještaj stari, jedna spavaća soba bez prozora, soba bez ormara za odlaganje odjece. Kupatilo koje nema vrata sa mogućnošću zatvaranja osim neke kukice. Voda se zadržavala u lavabou u kupatilu. Pritisak vode je bio slabiji. Apartman je napravljen djelenjem većeg stana ali nisu pravljeni zidovi nego neke pregrade. Sve u svemu, mislim da je loš odnos cene i kvaliteta ponude. Lisabon je privlačan grad i treba ga svakako obići.

Lokalita vynikající. Kousek do centra, kousek na tramvaj, výborné výchozí místo. Dostatečně zařízený apartmán, který jsme využívali především jen k přespání, případně ke krátkému odpočinku během dne. Díky počasí jsme snídaně i večerní posezení absolvovali na terase, která byla jen k tomuto apartmánu. To bylo moc příjemné. Pokud bychom ještě někdy do Lisabonu jeli, rádi se vrátíme.

Některé maličkosti by se dali vylepšit. Třeba dvířka u ledničky byla k dvířkám přidělána jen na jednom místě, nahoře. Nesvítilo svítidlo pod linkou, v koupelně u sprchového koutu z tohoto tekla voda mimo kout na zem, kde byly kaluže. U varné konvice se musel najít poloha, ve které zapnula, v koupelně by chtělo alespoň občas udělat větší úklid, neboť některá zákoutí nebyla úplně top. Ale jsou to maličkosti, které nám absolutně nevadily. Zároveň jsou to pro majitele/provozovatele drobnosti, které se dají vyřešit a předejít tím nějakým větším závadám nebo třeba úrazu hostů v koupelně z kaluže u sprchového koutu. Jinak ale opravdu vše, co jsme potřebovali bylo k dispozici a většinu jsme ani nevyužili. Prostě dobře zařízený byt.
