Situación y limpieza

El mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. El store de una de las habitaciones estaba roto y dormimos con luz las 3 noches, envié mensaje y ni caso. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras para subir las maletas son muy empinadas

Location and the apartment was a good size. It had a nice kitchen and bedrooms. It was clean and AC works well.

We had problems with the padlock and code. It was very temperamental and not reliable. We finally got a key so we didn’t have to rely on the padlock and code. Showers leak and we used up our towels right away cleaning up the water. Bathrooms do not have countertops. Staircase is steep and not lit at night.

Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist super.

Lots of space, the lounge had beautiful natural light, the kitchen was large and well equipped. Roberto was very helpful and understanding when we were a little late in arriving.

Nothing important

The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious. The couch was very comfortable and the view to the street was a perfect way to experience Lisbon. The kitchen was well-equipped.

Staff was awesome, very easy to communicate! A lovely place to stay!
