The unit was spacious.

Buyer beware! We did not have a good experience. When we arrived at the complex, whoever we were communicating with via email, would not give us an access code until we gave them a 300 EUR damage deposit to be paid through PayPal using 'Friends or Family’, meaning we had no recourse if they decided to keep the deposit. They also said they would reject PayPal if we did not use ‘Friends or Family. It took exactly 7 days for the credit to be returned and we did not get the full refund due to charges to use PayPal. The apartment was tidy but in need of a paint job. The shower heads in both bathrooms were wrapped around the faucet because of disrepair. A large chunk of wallpaper was hanging from the wall in 1 bedroom. None of the beds had a top sheet on them, only a fitted sheet with a duvet. Most concerning was when we tried to open the right side of the patio doors leading to the small balcony, it started to cave in on us from the top. We quickly pushed it back in place and didn’t touch it again for fear we would be blamed for it. We were also told we had to take out all the garbage so I went around and emptied the garbage containers before we left. We asked where to dispose of it but did not get a reply. We were extremely careful not to use any of the amenities, ie the kitchen as we read a review where the people were charged for leaving dishes in the dishwasher. We did not want to give them any slight reason not to give back the deposit.

The apartment spaces are excellent. And clean and very good security system. The person was very helpful.

It's very noisy neighborhood because it's on main street missing some curtains.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and was in an accesible location although far from the main attractions of Lisboa, even as there is a very near Metro Station. But that is the way the city is so no complaints about that.

The refund of the deposit was made to an email account that I used when I booked but not to the PayPal account from it was made and, when I told them about the mistake they told me that it was already done and I could not be canceled and sent to my PayPal account. I had to make some arrangements with PayPal in order to get the money back. Try to use the email on your PayPal account when you book so you don't have this problem.

The place is in a renovated building, it feels safe for families, a lot of space, 2 bedrooms and additional 2 beds in the living room, big dining table, the house is clean and ready for us, parking available on site. We had a laundry machine there and a kitchen with all electronic devices.Instructions were clear and detailed, allowing us to enter quickly and late in the evening. Kids had good internet and netflix available.In the area there were a lot of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and restaurants.All in all, value for money it is a great place for families that travel.

The facility inside the house can be improved a bit for travelers, i know that things cost money, but when you travel, you need basic things and in small amount, like laundry powder, coffee, oil, toilet paper, no need much, a small amount will be enough for a few days and will complitly chnage the experiance, also the kitchen facility can be extend a bit for cooking.

The location near the airport was good. The apartment space was generous.

some outlets did not work. The apartment had furniture for an infant and extra beds in the living room. There were lots of cleaning supplies and extra stuff visible. It was not a luxury feel--not like the photos online. NO breakfast coupons were left for us on the table. The building and area seemed deserted in the evening. The towels were very thin and minimal. This apartment needs a lot of refurbishing.
