Good location Comfortable apartment

1. During reservation on booking no information about deposit which was for two days euro 300,- 2. The information about needed deposit I got after the time I could free of charge resign from the reservation 3. I got the information that they will send me the instructions how to open the apartment only when I pay deposit and visitors tax to their private account. I think this is very unfair and not controlled by booking.com 4. When I left the apartment I got the message that there is no pilot from the garage in the apartment. Thanks my intuition I was making I movie where I left the garage pilot (on the big table) and I showed on the movie all the rooms and bathrooms in perfect condition. 5. When I sent the movie to the owner suddenly he wrote me he would give all the deposit and truism tax (????) back. I got the whole amount. For me it was very unpleasant experience. I make a lot of reservations by booking (genius 3 status) but for the first time such bad expierence. So, as a next clients be careful.

There was no hot water, it requires a €300 deposit for damages and you have to take your trash out… it is a Airbnb, not a hotel.

Spacious apartment. Near to the metro station. Best choice outside of the city center.

The detailed instructions that were sent ahead of our visit were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the building was quiet. The living room was nice and large with a nice couch. Everything was very clean and enjoyable. It was really close to access public transportation which was really helpful! We stopped at the cafe by the front door and enjoyed a delicious crescent and espresso! Very nice to have a cafe right by the front door.

There were no hand towels or even paper towels. The shower in the master bedroom was slow to drain so by the end of the shower you are standing in water. Not sure if that is intentional since it is in a high-rise apartment building or if there was an issue. The door to the master bedroom is really squeaky/loud when the handle is turned. The lights above the mirrors in the bathroom did not work.

The apartment was like new.

The landlord took a long time to reply to our messages.

Good location to the metro station and shops. The appartment is big enough to host a big family or a group of friends. It is clean and comfortable.

It would be good to equipp it with an air-con
