This property is a SCAM! Be aware! One day before our arrival, the owner had sent a request to pay 300 euros security deposit to his PayPal with a mark "Friends and family", or to his personal bank accounts to receive a check-in instructions. Which I refused to do, since it was never mentioned until our arrival, and I had rented this place one month in advance. He is not my friend nor family, what the hell is this?

Fijne plek, vlakbij supermarkt en metro. Ruim appartement.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had during my travels. I stayed here with my family, and I strongly advise future guests to avoid this place at all costs. Here are just a few reasons why: The landlord is aggressive and intimidating – I received a disturbing message that said “I know what you are doing”, which felt threatening and made us feel extremely unsafe. He tries to extract extra money from guests through manipulative messages and unclear demands after check-in. Terrible location – far from everything and not in a comfortable or welcoming part of Lisbon. No air conditioning, which made the apartment hot and uncomfortable, especially during the summer. The hair dryer was broken, and despite reporting it, there was no support or replacement. The elevators had a strong unpleasant smell, making daily comings and goings unpleasant. Don't be tempted by the Images. The apartment is nothing close to the images. Overall, it was the worst place we’ve stayed in Lisbon – completely ruined what should have been a pleasant trip. Stay away for your own peace of mind. There are many better and safer options in Lisbon. Here are a few pointer to avoid this property. “Unsafe, uncomfortable, and the worst stay in Lisbon.” “Scammy host, terrible location, and no basic amenities.” “A nightmare experience – avoid at all costs.” “Felt threatened, overcharged, and deeply disappointed.” “Worst property ever – scary host and awful conditions.” Let me know if you want to emphasize a specific part (like the threatening message or poor facilities) more.

Location is really great, close to airport, close to metro station, close to stores and restaurants, close to parking and petrol station.

it was very difficult and stresfull because when you are in travel you dont read emails all the time, so in the day of coming to Lisbon I read email that if i will not sedn additonal money on privat accout as deposit. It was very stresfull. and there are noo need for that. Before renting read opinions on google
