Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Viertel, nah zur Metro, die schnell in die touristische Innenstadt fährt. Ganz nah ist auch ein Supermarkt und viele Cafés. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Aus dem Abfluss in der Küche kommt ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse, sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, perfekte Lage und Aufteilung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und es gab jederzeit umgehend Antwort und Hilfe bei Fragen.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden - kleinere Probleme mit dem Internet und der Klimaanlage wurden sofort zur vollem Zufriedenheit gelöst.

Nice flat in my favorite part of Lisbon. It gives all the comfort one is looking for. The communication with the host was easy and efficient. As my visits to Lisbon are quite frequent, next time, I would like to stay at this place.

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and just off a main street. Not one, but two spots around the corner for a morning coffee and sweet treat. A good grocery store about a have block away. Communication with owner was good and was able to get in early on arrival date with no problem. An easy flat 7 or 8 minute walk from nearby metro. Bus stop just around the corner from apartment. Bed was comfortable and having an outlet on a shelf next to the bed on either side was a plus. Couch and table in main living area. Kitchen with window included washer/dryer combo I used on last night. Bathroom has heated towel rack which helped finish drying clothes.

A few things would improve the experience and the reason I gave a 9 and not a 10. Bathroom shower body wash is on floor. It can get vey slippery. It almost slipped out of my hands a few times. Also getting out of shower for an older person (I am an active 73 year old traveller) is just a bit tough as the distance to the floor is a bit. I would have liked more instructions as far as how to turn on night lights from downstairs entrance and button in apartment. Keys sometimes baffle me. Getting in downstairs with one key was no problem, but I had to have an upstairs neighbor help me get into my apartment with the other key, which needed an extra little left turn and then a slight lift and push on the door. I used to write instruction manuals so I think detailed instructions would help.

Znakomita lokalizacja. Mieszkanie znajduje się w bliskim sąsiedztwie głównej ulicy, ale jest w nim cicho, a okna wychodzą na cichą jednokierunkową boczną uliczkę z drzewami. Blisko metro/kolej, komunikacja miejska, sklepy i restauracje, gdzie można smacznie zjeść. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre.

Proponuję dokręcić nieco mocniej poluzowaną deskę sedesową w WC/łazience i wymienić tamże spaloną żarówkę w suficie. Poza tym nie mam więcej zastrzeżeń.
