No heating. It was cold. Apparetly the building was cut off (temporarily or permanently) from heating. No heater inside the apparatment. No hot water. The promised account of netflix was not active and the owner didnt help.

Abbiamo effettuato il check-in alle 14:00, siamo entrati giusto il tempo di lasciare i bagagli e siamo usciti subito. Rientrati verso le 19:00 per prepararci, abbiamo scoperto una situazione inaccettabile: il bagno era completamente inagibile. Aprendo l’acqua, questa fuoriusciva dalle tubature allagando il pavimento e invadendo l’appartamento, con fuoriuscita anche di sporcizia. Era impossibile utilizzare il bagno, persino lavarsi i denti. Inoltre, l’acqua era solo fredda, quindi non era possibile nemmeno fare una doccia. Contattato il proprietario, ci è stato detto che era già a conoscenza del problema dell’acqua fredda (quindi ha affittato consapevolmente un appartamento senza acqua calda), mentre per le tubature ha dichiarato che non poteva intervenire prima di una settimana. Considerando che il nostro soggiorno era di 4 giorni, questo rendeva l’alloggio totalmente inutilizzabile. Abbiamo quindi chiesto di annullare la prenotazione per poter cercare un’alternativa tramite Booking, ma il proprietario si è rifiutato, sostenendo che ormai avevamo effettuato il check-in. In questo modo saremmo stati costretti ad annullare noi, perdendo il supporto per un eventuale riposizionamento in un’altra struttura. Un comportamento decisamente scorretto. Ci siamo trovati costretti a lasciare l’appartamento alle 21:00 e a cercare una sistemazione all’ultimo minuto, restando in giro fino alle 3 di notte. Avevamo prenotato con 4 mesi di anticipo 3 notti a 220€, ma trovare qualcosa allo stesso prezzo il giorno stesso era impossibile: le strutture in zona centrale arrivavano a circa 700€ per 4 giorni. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto spendere 400€ per un alloggio più distante, a circa 2 km dal centro. Il tutto è successo la sera del mio compleanno. Peccato che non si possono pubblicare i video su Booking, ma solo le foto che non rendono per niente. Esperienza pessima, struttura assolutamente non consigliata e gestione poco professionale.

We booked and paid for two apartments for five adults. However, when we arrived, the host initially sent us access codes for only one apartment, claiming that it would be sufficient for us. 5 adults. After insisting that we had booked two apartments because we needed three bedrooms, the host eventually sent us access details for a second apartment located about 15 minutes away on foot from the first one. There were several major issues with the apartments. Apartment 75 is not functional: there is only one bedroom, there was no hot water, the heating was not working, and there were no additional blankets available. I texted the host at 10:30 pm for that and nothing changed. Apartment 15 also does not match the description. The listing indicates two bedrooms, but in reality there is only one bedroom and the second “bedroom” is actually the living room with beds, but there were no sheets or blankets provided for the sofa in the living room. The host also asked us to pay additional city taxes in cash, even though Booking clearly indicated that all taxes were already included in the total price of the reservation. This is the first time I have had a problem with a host in more than 15 years of using this platform !

Easy access , good location

It was very cold , we couldn't sleep. Each room has working air conditioner , but the couldn't heat the rooms. Missing extra blankets. We slept with clothes.

Muy bien situado, amplio, luminoso y bien equipado. La pequeña terraza. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Creo que todo correcto.

Buona la posizione, anche se la strada è un po' rumorosa. Comoda la presenza della cucina.

La pulizia non era il massimo, e in zona cucina c'era un cattivo odore di fogna. Il palazzo non è accogliente, andrebbe ristrutturato.
