Posizione centrale e comoda. Appartamento al 1 piano molto grande con due letti matrimoniali in 2 stanze diverse, un bagno comodo, e anche una cucina. Chiavi presenti nel box fuori l'appartamento con codice fornito dal proprietario. Prezzo ottimo

La distanza dal centro

Impianto elettrico fatiscente (interruttori rotti, alcune lampadine dei lampadari sono state tolte e non sostituite, l'illuminazione risulta scarsa, una plafoniera era piena di insetti morti); la vasca idromassaggio è visibilmente trascurata, mancano delle manopole e il gradino per accedere è rotto; il water è praticamente attaccato al lavabo e quindi risulta scomodo. Le chiavi risultano essere in una delle tantissime cassette con combinazione fissate sull'esterno del palazzo (per capire quale fosse quella giusta ho dovuto videochiamare il proprietario dell'appartamento che mi ha dovuto guidare; spero di non ricevere addebiti per la chiamata all'estero).
