Sabah saat 7.30 da rezervasyon yapıp otele gittim. Resepsiyon da hiç kimse yoktu. 1 buçuk saat bekledim kimse gelmedi. O süre zarfında kahve makinesinden 1 adet kahve aldım. Resepsiyona kimse gelmeyince Ve otelin resimlerle aynı olmadığını gördüm. bende rezervasyonumu iptal ettirmek istedim otel sahibine mesaj attım. Paramı geri istedim ancak geri ödeme yapmadı. Kalmadığım oda için ödeme aldı benden.
