Apart K Apartments

Mein Aufenthalt im Apart K Apartments in Belgrad war leider nur durchschnittlich. Das Zimmer selbst war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings gab es Probleme mit der Dusche – sie war undicht, sodass beim Duschen der gesamte Badezimmerboden nass wurde. Die Lage des Gebäudes ist ebenfalls nicht ideal. Rund um das Gebäude befinden sich viele Baustellen, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Auch der Service konnte mich nicht überzeugen. Das Personal wirkte teilweise unprofessionell und nicht besonders gut vorbereitet. Zudem war der Rezeptionsschalter nicht immer besetzt, was bei Fragen oder Anliegen sehr unpraktisch war. Insgesamt gibt es hier noch einiges an Verbesserungsbedarf.

Расположение удобно, недалеко от аэропорта и от города. Есть балкон для отдыха. Ключи лежали на ресепшене с табличкой, не было проблем с заселением. Бесплатный кофе.

Несколько дверок в шкафах в кухне и прихожей держатся на одной петле вместо двух. Вода из душевого поддона плохо уходила, сообщили на ресепшн.

We are very disappointed!!!!

We traveled to Paris with my friends and had prepaid this apartment through Booking.com, expecting a smooth and stress-free stay. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. First of all, the check-in process was unacceptable. We were only 4 minutes late, and the host immediately told us that our reservation had “expired.” This was shocking, considering the apartment was fully prepaid. We were at risk of being left on the street in a foreign city with no hotel and no backup plan. Only after we told him that we would file a formal complaint did he finally agree to come. Even then, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for him to arrive. On top of that, he falsely claimed that he had called us, which is completely untrue. We have no missed calls and can prove this if necessary. Another major issue was that he demanded an additional €65 cleaning fee, which was never mentioned in the listing at the time of booking. This was extremely misleading and unacceptable. Despite this, we cleaned the apartment ourselves and refused to pay the unjustified fee. Overall, the entire experience was highly unprofessional and stressful. We felt misled, pressured, and unsupported. We would not recommend this property to anyone and strongly advise future guests to be cautious.
