Jomtien Hill Resort Pratamnak

It was a great location, which had a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of amenities close by. Everything else is a short ride with a Bolt, or if you are really keeping costs down, the Baht bus downtown is only a five minute walk away. I am glad we stayed in Pratamnak rather than central Pattaya. It is quite a bit nicer for those with children. The condo complex staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had lots of space, larger than a typical condotel. The air-conditioners worked great, and we made a lot of use of the full-sized fridge. I used the complex pool daily. We didn't have any issues with the Wifi internet. (Which was a concern I had after reading previous reviews) We stayed here for a month. I wish I could have stayed for two. I would stay here again.

The apartment is furnished with old furniture and appliances, kind of like my apartment when I was young. Nothing was terrible, but some might be put off by that. We thought it was ok because we saw this as a budget option. NOTE: The large screen Smart TV is new and great!

Quiet location but everything you need within 10 minutes walk from beach supermarkets ,restaurants bars and massage.,the condo was very comfortable,swimming pool great and probably the best shower I have used in thailand.😁

Good location and the owner is friendly and understanding. The rooms are spacious with excellent facilities and good value for money.

Unexpected costs

The location is perfect (located on Soi 5 in Jomtien/Pratamnak). Quiet and peaceful at night but also 2-minutes walk away from some exceptional restaurants, cafes, bars, massage, night market all located on Soi 5. The beach is also very close about 5-7 minutes walk. The property owner Jack is super cool guy and will make sure you have everything you need. I stayed for 1-month and he gave me an amazing deal on renting one of his motorbikes. His condos are outfitted and decorated to feel like you are staying at a friend’s home while they’re away. The Jomtien Hill Resort community is also very friendly and courteous neighbors. When I visit Pattaya again I will definitely book with Jack.

It’s an older building so some wear and tear is to be expected. However the Thai staff do an excellent job keeping everything clean and orderly. The pool is clean and inviting.

Perfect location , seconds a walk to restaurants and other points to buy all sorts of food, beach 5 min walk, quiet at nights. Willing to stay there again 😊👍
